Withdrawal Policy

Last updated: October 2026 · for paid subscriptions

Billing via the Google Play Store

Paid subscriptions (Tier 1 and Tier 2) are concluded and billed exclusively via the Google Play Store. Google's terms of use and refund policies additionally apply to purchase, management, cancellation, and refunds.

Right of withdrawal

For contracts concerning digital services, consumers generally have the right to withdraw within fourteen days of concluding the contract, without giving any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Olaf Scholtka, c/o POSTFLEX #PFX-521-238, Emsdettener Straße 10, 48268 Greven, Germany, email: ki.gwendrich@gmail.com) of your decision by means of an unambiguous statement. You may use the sample withdrawal form below for this purpose.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

With a paid subscription, performance begins immediately upon purchase at your request. The right of withdrawal expires early if all of the following conditions are met (§ 356 Abs. 5 BGB):

  • you expressly consented at the time of purchase to us beginning performance before the end of the withdrawal period,
  • you confirmed your knowledge that, by giving this consent, you lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins, and
  • we have provided you with this confirmation on a durable medium (e.g. by email or purchase confirmation).

If these conditions are met and the service has been performed in full, there is no entitlement to a refund of the fee already paid.

If performance has not yet begun

If you have not consented to immediate performance or if performance has not yet begun, you may withdraw within fourteen days without giving any reason. In this case, we will refund payments already received without undue delay; if payment was made via the Google Play Store, the refund will be processed through Google.

Cancellation

A subscription can be cancelled at any time in the settings of your Google account. Cancellation ends the automatic renewal at the end of the current billing period; the subscription remains usable until then.

Statutory rights and Google refunds

Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected. Regardless of the right of withdrawal, Google offers its own refund window in the Play Store (usually 48 hours after purchase) as well as goodwill arrangements; Google's refund policies apply to these.
